hi UC San Diego!


This blog is geared towards students who eat in Dining Services restaurants and markets at UC San Diego. As Dining's registered dietitian (RD), I help students maintain healthy lifestyles while attending college. I also eat in the campus' dining halls about 10 times per week. In this blog I will share some of the food choices that I make in Dining Services' locations to stay healthy on campus. Of course you need not copy my meals exactly but I hope you will be inspired to make healthy food choices and perhaps gain new ideas for your own meals.
