Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your holiday break. While you are away, enjoy your favorite meals from home and check out these tips for staying healthy during Thanksgiving:
- Start Thanksgiving day with some exercise (A Turkey Trot 5K or a visit to your old gym in your hometown)
- Eat & enjoy your favorite foods. Indulge but be conscious of portions.
